Orders shipped by UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air will still require the standard processing time as listed on the
product information page before shipping. (Example)- If a product requires 1 business days to process and Next Day Air is selected as the shipping option the estimated delivery date will be 2 business days from the order date. If the product requires 2 business days to process and 2nd Day Air is selected the estimated delivery date will be 4 business days from the order date. We do give Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments priority handling during
processing. ( Business days only, no Saturday deliveries ).

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us with the items you want to return and the reason for the return and receive a RMA number. All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were shipped and return packaging must allow the return to arrive undamaged. Items received damaged due to insufficient packaging may be denied a refund. Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacture and must be returned directly to them. We do not reimburse for return shipping. Personalized items are not returnable unless due to an error on our part.
