Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Shipping Schedule: Please consult the product page for the processing time required for each item. Processing times are in addition to shipping times. Orders Must be Placed before 06:00 AM Eastern Standard Time for The Shipping Schedule to Apply.
Shipping Schedule Example: Product page list: "Availability: Ships Next Business Day or 1 to 2 Business Days" this refers to the length of time before the item leaves our warehouse. Add to that the UPS/FedEx shipping times to determine delivery. Some items are personalized or custom made and require additional time to process and ship. Personalization processing of 3 business days still applies even if expedited shipping is selected eg: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
How to Determine Delivery Date: On the Product page refer to "Availability: Ships in xx Business Days" (Just above the link you clicked to get to this page ) This is the length of time before the order leaves our warehouse. Then click on the "Shipping Times" link on the product page and determine the number of business days it will take for UPS to delivery your order. Add the "Availability" days to the "UPS Delivery Days" to determine your delivery date. Personalization processing of 3 business days still applies even if expedited shipping is selected eg: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
