    • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST excluding federal holidays in the United States.
    • Shipping Schedule: Please consult the product page for the processing time required for each item. Processing times are in addition to shipping times. Orders Must be Placed before 06:00 AM Eastern Standard Time for The Shipping Schedule to Apply.
    • Shipping Schedule Example: Product page list: "Availability: Ships Next Business Day or 1 to 2 Business Days" this refers to the length of time before the item leaves our warehouse. Add to that the UPS/FedEx shipping times to determine delivery. Some items are personalized or custom made and require additional time to process and ship.
